I am working in the IBM project team in VXI Company, which is granted the title -'The Best Call Center in China in year 2006'. The team outsources the Data Execution work of IBM China, IBM Taiwan and IBM Japan subcontracted by US based Harte-Hanks Company. We provide professional and customized service to IBM corresponding departments, by using SQL DB2 to query IBM internal customer database, cleansing and analyzing the data.
Major Performance:
Evaluate and review current Service Level Agreement (SLA) with client, basically focusing on the service fee plan, service performance and contract bidding etc. and endeavor to ensure the reasonability of SLA for all parties while take every effort to make the all our service is fully indicated by the agreement. Meanwhile, I also participate in business development with client, by negotiating with client to acquire new opportunities.
Take on the account service task in the team. Offering warm reception to visited client representatives and arrange agenda for them. Make outstanding contribution to client satisfaction.
During the period of pre-working training, take advantage of good spoken English to
communicate with IBM trainers to help the team understand the course better, and create an atmosphere of sharing knowledge in the team.
Working together with Japanese team on the Work Transition Project from IBM Japan. Negotiate the service fee model with client focal point, and finally persuade the client to accept our proposal of SLA.
To further researching the interrelation between the service fee method and daily operation, and then facilitating the negotiation for Service Level Agreement with client. I am leading a series projects in the team, including the Task atomization analysis, workflow system demand analysis, to collect and analyze operational data. These projects are being made good progress by now.
In early stage of the operation of IBM team, acting as a team leader and Leading my members to complete the requests from IBM CN and IBM TW smoothly.
Regarding to the specific multi-country request, which needs cooperation with Manila office of Harte-Hanks, constructing a suitable work process with Manila focal point to facilitate the completion of this kind of request.
In charge of the construction and maintenance of the Process Plan and Quality Assurance Plan in the team.
Take the responsibility as training organizer in the team, to make quarterly / monthly training plan. Build up and lead the internal technical research group to investigate advanced work-related techniques, system and software etc., and to provide the team with immediate technical support and regular training. Meanwhile, I organize a series work skills training for the team, such as Excel, Lotus Notes, phone communication and English letter; and basic essence training, such as Team work, Motivation, Time management. The progress I have made in training is commonly recognized by teammates and the director of Training Dept.
Work with the team to complete the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) as Harte-Hanks’ requirements, by participating prophase communication, planning, implementing the exercise and reporting to management. Control the progress in each milestone and coordinate with related parties to fulfill the goal during the whole process.
